I walk into an new customers office and find an unhappy customer. They went with the big dealer and got bad service, bad advice,
wrong machine. Big dealer of lets say Canon, they must sell Canon only, even if the particular model was bad. Saleman just
want to make a sale knowing machine is not a strong model. You lose big time!! Small Indy picks and chooses only the
good machines that are right for you and your company!
