Being Honest with customers

For more than 20 years I have been building the business on honesty, my customers are like friends and we have a special relationship with each other . I do not want customers that come and go, I want long lasting customer relationships. This week I went up against a competitor , they were over charging the customer for years and the company called me in to analyze their office, after reviewing their equipment I determined that my company would be able save them thousands of dollars! That company did not take to this very well and they resorted to mud flinging and disgraceful sales techniques ! If I wanted to , I could cave barked about a defamation lawsuit but I let it go, its not in my nature to act like an animal. Point given here folks, even though you have been doing business with your Dealer for a long time, it does not hurt to get a second opinion. I find that the bigger the companies are, the more likely they will be charging you a higher rate. Call us in to evaluate your office, we will give you straight up honest solutions, oh and be-careful of the snake oil salesman!!! They will say and do anything to get the SALE! Next time we will talk about OVERAGES and how companies hide this in small print and when you go over your "set" copies, they hit you over the head with fees!!!
